Who still does NOT have a scheduled date?

Got a scheduled date yet?

I did order through Mark Dodge. Only communication I've had with them since the order was I received a email stating it was scheduled. Which as I stated it actually wasn't and I was informed after reaching out to them. The check back with me the middle of November response for some reason just didn't set well with me. All's good though it's just a truck/toy. In all actuality it's not even a practical means of transportation for me personally in the construction business. Just something I wanted.
Yeah I've ordered a lot of vehicles but this is my first Dodge/Chrysler/Stellantis/whatever they are called this year. Top to bottom worst customer experience on the most expensive vehicle - it's not even close. Definitely will not be doing this again. If I ever decide I want another Stellantis vehicle it'll be one on a dealer lot.

Could I be leaving this thread? Tracker says "order confirmed," but received an email from RAM US Customer Care saying it's scheduled. Call to the dealer tomorrow should provide some light.

The crazy thing is @AnthonyRI posts and koons posts their list and seems like the last 3 weeks no movement... as in no new scheduled trucks are they even currently building these trucks currently? Even the trx trucks were getting daily updates and builds. These trucks have been really quiet from the factory

I'm regretting the hydro blue now lol... I still think we will be fine.. few more weeks
I have a feeling that the dealer can probably go in and check our VON numbers and see where we are at in the process. But when you have 400 orders, that's not practical. I wouldn't even ask at this point.

I asked on Facebook if any Sterling Heights employee could tell me how many they are building and it sounded like, at minimum, it was 20 a day. It's the order they're building is what I don't like. Lol

I saw this, if they've been building this many since October, why are there so few updates? There's either a serious communication issue/tech issue, or it's not true. Hopefully its just internal issues and they're actually building a ton.

We can - email directly, not a forum post or forum message - to your salesperson and have the VON in the subject line.

I am in the exact same boat. RAM case manager sent me an email yesterday saying mine is “assigned for production”, but tracker still says order confirmed.

How long did it take for them to call you back with the info? I called them a couple of weeks ago and they said they'll get back to me the following week but I haven't heard anything.

Ram needs to hurry up and build a base model. If anything of what the reviewers were saying was true I will be pissed. “Level 1 gets you the upgraded leather seats and soft touch dash material” etc. etc. All of those items are pictured being in the base model and not mentioned in the order details as being level 1. They also mention that RAM thinks almost all buyers want level 1 so there won’t be any base models on the lots. To me it sounds like they priced base lower than acheivable and trying to cheapen and/or back out until next year price increase.

And this is your first clue that not everything you see on youtube is fact. There are no dealer stock orders, it's all sold orders, so there are no decisions being made regarding what will be better on the lots.

See where it says STOCK ORDER and notice what's missing on the dropdown list

not to say that someon's neighbors cat doesn't have an order in the system to circumvent - BUT that is not how it is set up, therefore, not the reason.

Thanks. Aware it is sold orders only for now. Are base models open for order again or still closed?

Currently e shop shows 110 teucks, but I’ve noticed that many trucks aren’t even listed on e-shop. I’ve seen people post there screenshots of there order status’s being complete and dealers posting that trucks are being built and those dealers aren’t showing up on e shop. So it could be possible they are indeed building 60+ a day but there’s no way of the general public knowing it

I’m really hoping that RAM is doing more actual building and less updating websites. Trucks will probably just start showing up at the dealerships with little to no warning in late November early December.

In my case, its Ram being Ram. I am not actually scheduled. Still D status.
