Electronic safety systems unavailable, limited functionality…service required

So far I have only had 5 error codes,

Day of pickup:
Emergency braking
Adaptive cruise control
Let truck sit for 20 minutes, lights went off on ip
About 10 miles later:
Blind spot
Restart all was good again

Two days later:
Check brake switch
Restart, all good again

Next day
Just a light that I think meant throttle controller
Restart all is good.

Nothing since then.
This was odd though in the app I got these the day after pickup:

After a day they cleared out from the app.
Temperatures have been near Zero for a few days and no dead batteries, and no other issues. I use the app daily.

Only 5. Brand new $90k truck. Man we live in different realities.

Should I be jumping up and down like a 5 year old saying I need my truck fixed and have my truck sit at a dealer while the service department scratches their heads waiting for RAM to get back to them because they have no experience with the new BCM?
Some people like to bitch and moan to make themselves feel better, I am not one of those guys.
Couple things to consider, not that I feel I need to defend myself.
It’s not my daily driver, I knew full well there would be some software glitches with all the new tech and motor. The dealer I purchased it from is 6.5 hours away and my local dealers service is horrendous. So I will be patient and wait it out for the fixes.

Is it right that it has these issues , absolutely not! My issues have all cleared out after restart and besides the issues the truck is amazing. I am patient and I am sure RAM will iron out the bugs.
I know some are going to rely on it as a daily driver and maybe it’s not the best choice choosing the first year of a redesign.

I don't think either of the replies to your post were intended to shame or condemn you or your choices or happiness. Awesome for you to enjoy your new truck. Different strokes for different folks.

Thanks for the info. I’ll be picking up my truck in Idaho in mid January and making a 1000 mile trek to San Diego with it. I am nervous about having the error messages, but I guess as long as the issues aren’t more severe, it isn’t that bad. Glad that it wasn’t anything that stranded you!

I have said this before myself. My trx acted woncky when i first got it. All the fuses were not seated or pushed all the way in. Once i went through and made them all secure was a dream no more wierd issues.

Checked mine today…all well-seated in their respective sockets.

Thanks for the idea…one never knows when that issue will arise again for someone.
