I 100% agree with you. My TRD Pro that I waited 9 months for was coming with predator steps, rear step, tint and some other extras that I had to figure out what to do with. The truck was alright, rode meh, seats not so great, TRD listed 100 times inside and outside (bit too much for my liking), louder road noise, had to buy that Carista thing to turn off fake engine noises in speakers (felt like I was in my kids power wheel with those sounds). Fit and finish on Toyota has declined and RAM has the nicest I'd seen compared the Sierra AT4X, Tundra, etc.Agree and this reminds me of when new Tundra popped out 2 years ago. Toyota does not do orders but allocations. I jumped on one to be built with fingers crossed with it being exactly what was wanted.
Guys even more frustrated under that system.
Of course once I got it realized it wasnt so great and quality was not near what it was on my older Tundras.
One concern on this truck is the Tundra was not a smooth drive motor wise. Too much abruptness at times.
Fingers crossed that I love this half as much as the Ram dually using mostly to tow.
Beautiful GSD btw. Mine will be guarding the truck when running errands. He lives for "car ride".
